Amazing Journals!

On Friday I did a Christmas edition of Etsy Finds and included a rather beautiful journal.

A few people mentioned in the comments that they loved it and the seller, Robin, saw. She was kind enough to offer any of my readers a 10% discount! The one in the picture above is quite expensive as it is so full of amazingness (that’s a real word, honest… :p) but she said that she can make smaller and cheaper ones for any budget and to just send her a message on Etsy :)

All the journals are personalised and one of a kind, and include things like vintage letters and maps, charms, lace, ribbons etc. Also, you can choose the colours of things like ribbon, lace, ink and/or buttons, have your name put on it, and any important dates or hobbies, among other things! Very exciting!!

I have gone through Robins shop – 0 Names Left – to show you a selection of books she has available, including the cheapest ones she has available at the moment. The one above (that was in my Etsy Finds post) is $125, or around £80.81.

This wedding guest book is beautiful. I’d love something like this when I get married:

This one is a bit more expensive, but totally worth it! It is $250, or around £161.61.

And here are some smaller books for a cheaper price, just so you have an idea of what you could get if you decided to order a smaller one:

This travel journal is $30.00, or around £19.39. I love the rings holding these books together! Also, this would be amazing to track your journey wherever you travel :)

This one is so pretty, and could be used for so much! It is $25, or around £16.16

Out of the smaller ones this one is my favourite! I love the big yellow lacy ribbon and the owl is adorable! ♥ It costs $25 or around £16.16

So don’t forget, Robin has offered 10% off your order, and will make a book for your wants and budget! It’s really worth having a look, one of these would be amazing to receive for Christmas!

Thank you for reading :)

Awesome giveaway over at Hannah’s blog!!

Handmade by Hannah

A while ago I mentioned that I was planning on having a giveaway as I had reached 200 followers and I have finally got round to organising it! I have been so busy with university and NaNoWriMo recently that I haven’t even had chance to think about it. However, I have got my hands on some Skin Repairing Snail Cream from Wishtrend.com and I have decided to pass it on to one of my followers, so you can fall in love with Korean beauty too!

Etsy Finds Friday – Special Edition

Another special edition!
Today’s is dedicated to everyone affected by hurricane Sandy. As I’m sure you’ve all heard, The East coast of America was hit by hurricane Sandy a few days ago. Lives have been lost and many people are homeless and jobless. The great people of Etsy have been donating all or some of their profits to the American Red Cross and other charities that are providing disaster relief to the East Coast. I have done this post to support their great work in trying to raise money. If you can spare a few pounds/dollars please donate, anything will help. I will put links at the bottom of the page. Thank you.

Every shop above is donating money from the items sold, please take a look. As always I have included something for every budget!
Here are the links:
‘After The Rain’ Latin Ring
Hair Ties (I love these!)
Crochet Blanket Pattern
‘Adopt’ T-shirt (I love the idea behind this)
Tigereye Bracelet with silver ribbon
White Ribbon Earrings (So pretty!)
Crochet Apple Charm (Love this)
Actual Photograph of Sandy
Glass Heart Ornament

A few ways to donate:
Itunes store – Apparently you just need to sign in to your account and click “donate” so you can donate to the American Red Cross (I couldn’t check as I don’t have an apple product) and donate from $5 to $200. It will be anonymous, and 100% of your donation will go to the American Red Cross.

Ebay – They have a page set up so you can donate in a variety of ways: buying items, donating directly, or selling things. They also have a list of items on the page that are for sale that will be donating proceeds to charity. There is also a list of charities down the side with links to listings specifically for that particular charity.

American Red Cross – Their website has a lot of information about how to donate and about the disaster Sandy has left behind. There is 11 ways to donate by following this link. The easiest ways are online and via text. For texting, you need to text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10.

There are many other ways to donate and other charities to donate to, but I thought I would just stick to the main ways I could find.

Everyone that has been affected by Hurricane Sandy is in our thoughts and prayers. I hope you and your family are safe and well, and can get back to normality soon ♥

Thank you for visiting, and I would love to know if you make any donations/purchases!
